This is a DC to DC charger for the car. 600W per hour instead of typical 100W while driving
No idea this was a thing!
I need to figure out how to install between the two vehicles. Or just buy two![]()

Seems like you could rig up some Anderson connections to make it easy to install/uninstall. That way you could move it between vehicles.
Does it come with cables? If it doesn’t it would have to have ports on the device to connect from the device to the starter battery and ports from the device to your auxiliary battery/power station/power management system.
If it doesn’t come with cables, it’s possible that Jackery left that open to the user to decide what type of cables and connectors is best for the applicatiion.
Yes it does come with all of the cables.
If you’re wanting to use one device for two separate vehicles then you would have to accept the fact that you would need to wire up both vehicles and then move the Jackery charger itself from one vehicle to the other. This method would allow you to use charger in stationary and mobile mode for both vehicles, but not both vehicles at the same time.
The other method will be sloppy and a painful set up and break down. You would just connect the cables to the starter battery and the charger and then the charger to what you want to receive electricity. This method most likely will only be stationary for both vehicles unless you’re willing to go through the trouble for setting it up for mobility on both vehicles.
Most likely the best way to have DC charging on 2 vehicles will be to have 2 DC chargers, one on each vehicle. The cost will be high, but it’ll save you time and the hassle.
Yes, I have resigned myself to the fact I am going to buy a second for the 4Runner![]()
